What Happens Now?

Mr. Hayne provides answers below to many of your questions concerning what happens following an arrest for DUI.  While helpful and informative, clearly the wisest step to take is to call him for an in-person appointment.  Mr. Hayne does not charge for initial appointments, which last approximately 90 minutes and provide an opportunity to discuss the facts of your case and to begin taking steps to protect yourself.  An appointment can be arranged by calling 425 450 6800 or emailing Mr. Hayne’s legal assistant, Laurie Roffman at laurie@theduifirm.com
